I am often asked about how I work with business on an ongoing basis so thought I would put together a selection of packages that we offer to give you an idea of how I can help to support your business.

Annual telephone support package - £65.00 per month for 12 months
 

• Unlimited first-contact phone support for up to two named managers within the business

• Allows the manager to identify how to deal with a particular situation and talk through the various options available to them in that instance

• Depending on the manager’s confidence/experience, I can provide:

          - verbal guidance on how they can resolve the situation themselves (at no further cost)

          - documentation (email / letters / forms etc) resolve the situation themselves (additional cost)

          - on-site support in resolving the situation with them (additional cost)

Annual HR review package - £65.00 per month for 12 months
 

• 4 x on-site (or Zoom) strategic quarterly review meetings with senior management (one named manager or more)

At each meeting we will...
 

• Review and evaluate progress on HR activities undertaken in the previous quarter

• Plan and agree what HR activities need to be undertaken in the next quarter in order to move the business forward

• Depending on the manager’s confidence/experience, I can provide:

           - verbal guidance on how to implement those activities themselves (at no further cost)

           - documentation so that they can implement activities themselves (additional cost)

           - on-site support in implementing those activities with or for them (additional cost)
