Taking on your First Employee

One of the biggest decisions that any small business makes is around taking on its first employee - it is a big financial commitment and can have an impact on your reputation as you grow your business

As a business owner, it is important that you make the right decision and the first choice can be around whether or not employing someone is initially the best option - it may be better for your business to contract out or buy-in the services / skills that you require

For your first employee, I recommend that you have an offer letter, basic contract of employment, probation policy, disciplinary procedure and grievance procedure. The cost for this bundle is £455 and I can add your Company logo to reflect your brand
